    I made a herd of them for the Hestafolk Icelandic Horse Club meeting over the weekend. The cookies were a huge hit--whimsical, delicious, lots of chocolate--what could be better. If I made a mistake, I just added more icing as mane since these were suppose to be Icelandic horses.
