I wrote a blog article on PSD last year -- it is probably the most-read article on my blog. Recently, reader and student Kelly A. Ford shared this case study on PSD with me. She graciously agreed to let me share it here. I found it interesting, and best of all it has a happy ending!

I have been getting PRP treatment on my knees for at least 2 years. It has made a big difference. Mine is designed to help rebuild cartilege, but as I understand it, soft tissue injuries (ligaments, tendons, muscle) respond even better.
ReplyDeleteThat was absolutely fascinating! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThat is a great study on the PSD. It was really well done and a good explanation. I don't have horses any more but I used to board horses, teach and ride race horses so I am familiar with this problem. It does take a lot of healing.
ReplyDeleteVery interesting! Thank you! I wonder what the cost of such treatment is?
ReplyDeleteVery interesting post. I would be interested to learn more about this process, such as effectiveness rate, where it can be done, and cost associated with it. Thanks for the follow up!
