Lots of ingredients here but somehow it works for me. I want him!
I don't know how tall he is but I'd love to think he's a tall boy. Those are loooong socks!

Now that is some combination. I had a Saddlebred on lease for a while. He was the sweetest horse, and quiet too. I'm not overly fond of Arabs or Friesians, but they certainly do have that "dressage" movement in them.
ReplyDeleteI have a paint/arabian/saddlebred. But he is a gelding and sorrel with two hind socks. We also have a full sister but she is really painted and a pest even though she is 2 weeks old.
ReplyDeletehe is a pretty boy! what a nice shoulder.
ReplyDeleteI think the Saddlebred is an interesting breed. It seems to be horse that "nicks" well with a variety of other breeds.
ReplyDeleteOf course, I'm biased as I used to half lease a Percheron/ASB cross who was a lovely mare and did quite well in dressage. As a child, ASB/QH crosses were popular in the area where I grew up. They were great jumpers
Wow. If I were looking for a baby, I'd be ALL over him! (I hope to find something similar in a few years!) He's absolutely lovely, and from the breeding I didn't expect that!
ReplyDeleteLooking at him not moving I thought his hocks were too high because of the white (would hurt collection/soundness in the future) but his still picture on their site shows it's just an effect of the white. That picture is off, though - I'd like a really nice, still, conformation shot - the one on the website is stretched upward so the perspective is off.
