Boot bonanza!

I could almost present these boots without commentary, but it seems lazy...

I don't know, if I were going to ride with a religious symbol I think I'd put it on the saddle pad. Seems more respectful somehow...

For the horse going into battle? Fighting crime? Manning a space shuttle? I wonder how the horse articulates his fetlock joint.

    The blessed boots made me laugh....then I see the horse hoof human boots. AH! Those were AWFUL! OMG! Who in the world would WEAR those?????? :( *shudder*

    Think I've seen the shoes somewhere before...creepy then and creepy now.

    The horse boots? Could that be for ventilation? Strange. As for the cross, some people just have a need to express their belief in the most obvious ways they can think of. I can't help thinking the boots are just one accessory to a complete ensemble somewhere...

    I could never see how those Piaffe boots (and the matching bell boots) could help a horse in dressage AT ALL... much less any other sport. They look so.... inhibiting?

    And those last boots fall under the whole gaterskin cowboy boots and snakeskin mini skirts (snakeskin anything) into the list of things that are JUST WRONG. Disgusting.

    You know this post frightens me on a number of levels, but I'd have to say that the thing that scares me the most is that somewhere there is a person who will actually purchase these things (and not for Halloween either - oy).
