Fire and Ice: Top Oldenburg mare

A friend of mine suggested I check out this mare, Fire and Ice. She is the 2011 Champion of the Brilliant Ring at the Oldenburg Elite Mare Show in Rasteded Germany. She is by DeNiro, Ri's grandfather, who was performing Grand Prix tests at the age of 8 and was known for his good temperament. She sure sits down when she trots...

    Guess handler #1 got tired, so #2 took over? The mare just keeps on going. *lol*

    She is a definite beauty. Lots of suspension and certainly a great attitude as all that clapping and noise doesn't get her all riled up.

    Boy, is she gaw-jus... as spectacular as that trot looked, sounds like they were really gaga over her walk - wish we could see that!

    I don't think she cared much for all the hoopla in the stands, but she sure is a pretty girl! :o)
