For you, it's just "pull up that core." You are not very collapsed, so don't be hard on yourself. You have an excellent seat. It's now more a matter of creating a mental image of how you should look, stretching up to feel it, and then keeping the image in your mind. It will help Riley bring his back up under your seat even more as he progresses up the levels.
