Eating and resting: More foal cuteness

This clever baby decided having long legs makes grazing a bit too awkward. Love his solution. One of my favorite pastimes is eating popcorn on the couch.

    My now 3 1/2 yr old gelding has done this since I got him at about 3 1/2 months old! After watching him, my 12yr old TB mare picked up the habit. I look out at my pasture and my old guy is standing and Bails and Ta'ceyewi are both laying down eating. Talk about lazy horses!

    Clever girl, figuring out how to "cut to the chase!" I have a dog that loves to lie flat out. Someone comes to the door, she barks without lifting her head. Cracks me up.

    I love this foal!! Once my mare really wanted to graze but her rider wouldn't let her graze while we were all standing around talking. Bre calmly as could be got down on her knee rider and all so she could reach the grass with those short riens. Horses are brilliant.
