This is what I worked on in my lesson last Sunday--my instructor called it "posting with purpose" and my OTTB's usual "sewing machine" trot did improve. I also like how the rider said "Good" frequently. My horse knows "good boy" and he likes knowing he's doing well. (He "worries" about not pleasing).
Looking good! I always liked it when a clinician rode my horse....well, a good clinician. I've had a few not so good ones, but for the most part there were good experiences.
