Genetics can be cruel

No kidding. But you gotta work what you got. I'm stretching, running, biking, riding, learning. Love this sign.

    Time ain't exactly our friend, either. Speaking for myself, I'm a big fan of Bette Davis who said "Old age ain't no place for sissies." I consider getting out of bed and walking to the kitchen a form of warmup for the remainder of my day. :o)
