Happy Memorial Day: War Horse play horse meets real horses

I've never seen the horse "puppets" used in the play, War Horse. Very cool. 
Loved the rider commenting that she might get launched...

    I had the opportunity to see this show a few years back when it was touring and it was an AMAZING once in a lifetime opportunity. You forget that the "horses" are puppets in the show. The movement and reactions are so realistic. The play based upon a children's book which had very little dialog is simply and moving. It is a wonderful piece of theatre.
